About FAMP

A Complementary Team Built to Execute

Built on Proven Relationships. Focused on What Comes Next.

Many technology companies begin with an idea and then search for a team. FAMP Ltd. began differently.

FAMP was formed by leaders whose relationships were built and tested over decades across startups, global technology companies, acquisitions and multiple market cycles. Together, they span AI, product, data, SaaS, growth, brand and operations.

Those relationships converge through founder and CEO Mike Rosner. Mike and Paul Narvaez first met at Northeastern University, beginning a professional relationship that would reconnect years later at Forensiq. There, Mike led global revenue and Paul led marketing through rapid growth and the company's acquisition by Impact Radius, now impact.com.

Mike and Frank Morgano first worked together at DoubleClick during the formative years of digital advertising, then reunited at EyeWonder and Innovid. Their professional relationship became a long-standing partnership, with Frank joining as an early investor-partner in the company that evolved into FAMP.

This history matters. FAMP is not a newly assembled team built around a pitch. Its leaders already know how to challenge one another, make decisions and execute across functions. Collectively, they have built platforms, revenue organizations, brands and customer experiences involving WPP, DoubleClick, IBM, Microsoft, SONY, Coca-Cola and FedEx.

FAMP was created for the next phase of artificial intelligence. AI is moving beyond content generation and isolated answers. The opportunity is personal, useful AI that moves people from intention to action without sacrificing control.

FAMP's flagship initiative, AskOdie, is being designed as a personal AI assistant that helps people think, organize, understand and take approved next steps. It centers on clear permissions, understandable guidance and user control over important actions and personal information. Advanced AI should not require people to become technical experts or surrender trust in exchange for convenience.

For investors, FAMP combines a timely market vision with a complementary founding team. Mike brings commercialization and company-building experience. Paul connects product, brand, operations and adoption. Frank contributes strategic judgment, investment perspective and operating discipline.

The result is a company built on founder-team fit: shared history, complementary capabilities and trust earned through real work. FAMP brings those relationships together again to build AI that people can understand, control and confidently use.
